It all starts with a brief–it could be as complicated as a hundred pages presentation, or as simple as one line of summary. After fully communicating and understanding the client’s needs, I will start researching and brainstorming, figuring out the best concept and composition to fulfil the needs of the project.
Normally 2-4 line sketches will be presented for the clients to review and discuss. Once the sketch is approved, it’s time to trace over all the lines and shapes. All process, from sketch to final, is created in Photoshop. I like to add paper and other textures to have a more natural and warm touch to the final piece.
